This was such a great experience, we had made a playlist for the space and the person looking after us played it on the speakers. The person was also super friendly, and made the space very welcoming. Truly this was so therapeutic, and as a therapist myself I saw first hand how freeing this experience is for our emotions. I did not realise how much I had on me, my head, my heart, my body. All just carrying this weight. I am so grateful this space exist, because I felt so much better the following day. Now I did feel a bit emotionally raw, but after such an experience I think that is very normal. I can not wait to come again, and I will definitely be referring people to this space. Thank you so so much for allowing such a healing space.
Peak stress relief. Honestly it was great craic. Two of us went last weekend and really enjoyed it. They give you a basket of glass bottles for your session and there’s plenty of electrical appliances available as optional extras (we got a microwave and a TV). The staff were friendly and it’s a fairly straightforward process, show up, gear up and start smashing. They let you connect your own music but we just got straight to it and let the guy running things sort the playlist. Only fault I’d have is finding the place can be a bit confusing as it’s behind the garage that’s facing the street. Other than that it was great.
Was a fantastic and very fun experience and also quite the workout! Such a different experience and it helps you let out so much frustration. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic space they have there. Well equipped, they give you overalls gloves and face shields there. Then you have 20 minutes to let it rip. And 20 minutes is plenty, we worked up some sweat 🤣 Would highly recommend to anyone.
