8 of us went today and had an amazing time. It's definitely a good way to get out some pent up frustrations. We found it was just as good watching as it was participating. We all loved every minute and would recommend it to anyone to give it a go. Staff were lovely and helpful and nothing seemed too much for them. Thanks again for a memorable day!
I had an amazing day today with the access of the rage room in Henlow. I chose the solo option to allow myself to release all my stress in the room without the risk of being judged from friends and family. The worker that was in today was very supportive, and helpful. I strongly suggest the just rage room for people that struggle with emotion (like me) and get some anger out on some broken tv monitors and glass bottles. Thank you just rage Henlow
Had a half hour session and it was great! Very friendly couple running the business who offered before+after pics, and to bring more glass bottles if we ran out. Was absolutely knackered by the end but had a great time overall. Highly recommended

An absolutely fantastic activity for your stressed out teenagers, Tony was brilliant making sure my girls were safe, a word of advice, do not wear Crocs 😂
