Booked on a Thursday afternoon for my husbands birthday and we did the Rage Room then axe throwing. Both activities were great, safe and fun! All the staff were friendly and really helpful especially Paul who really looked after us and made sure we had a great time. We will definitely be back with friends and would recommend. Thank you guys!
What an amazing experience Paul was Brillaint. Terrible Axe thrower though lol but honestly a much needed experience to let out some rage and just have a really good time. You can play your own music and just have such a good time. Highly recommend
My son enjoyed his time with his friends. Definitely dont wear long sleeved tops, you will get so hot! I needed to buy them drinks but I only had cash, so they left very thirsty. But was a very good experience
We done the rage room and axe throwing it was absolutely fantastic, loved every second. Lahana helped/guided us, she was brilliant, knowledgeable, remembered instructions and safety manual off by heart. Lahana has a brilliant sense of humour and was also very empathic when needed, she was always there just in sight if we needed her or any assistance. 5 star staff member. But I also want to say the other staff, also made sure that you was OK and had everything you needed, gave advice, tips and tricks for doing the activities. The personal touch from the staff was unexpected, sympathetic and perfect, they printed specific targets, stapled them to the axe board for us to throw the axes at off their own back, which made the experience more personalised and easier for my wife to release her stress/emotions as she hit bullseyes after that, before hand she couldnt do it lol. But its little thing touches like that, that make the experience and service from staff soo much better and more valuable. Oh and we got to control the music in the axe throwing as well even better little bonus their! Absolutely fantastic place will definitely come again! Highly recommend this facility.
Me and my friend had an AMAZING time at RAGEOUT Maidstone. The staff were WELCOMING and POLITE, especially Ella, who explained to us the rules concerning the PPE and overall contributed to our AMAZING experience. 10/10 would come back again. Thanks a BUNCH Ella for the AMAZING experience !!! ❤️🔥
