We had a smashing time! Came with the work crew, smashed up some stuff, were provided with overalls, face protection, gloves and some bottled water for pre-anger hydration. In the rooms a variety of weapons were provided and many VCRs, glass washers and TVs saw their doom. Great fun. Only issue is that there could be slightly better signage to indicate how to get inside. Visit, break stuff, melt away childhood trauma and walk away relaxed.
We had an amazing time at Rage Rooms Birmingham. It was booked for family for a birthday treat. Something we have never tried before. It's such a wonderful concept. Great for people who want to de-stress from work and great for the neurodiverse community. Lots of sensory stuff, lights, sound (music), sound of breaking things, movement etc. Wear good footwear when going and they provide you with the gloves, overalls and anything you need. Lovely staff member, really kind and very helpful. We will go back again sometime.
Took my son here as always wanted to go. Was not disappointed, he absolutely loved it. He said it was best thing he's done. Especially liked smashing the glasses with golf club. Highly recommended
So much fun! Typical Digbeth venue, edgy, graffiti. Very friendly staff, engaging. Felt a lot more relaxed than anticipated after going here 🤣 would recommend!
If you wonna release some stress and let out your anger this is definitely the place to be. It was amazing we really enjoyed activity, felt very therapeutic. They had 3 rooms, 10 minutes each and definitely worth the price. We tried all three and enjoyed the plate smashing more, they also have music playing in the background and sensory lights with excellent service I would definitely recommend and definitely revisiting again thank you!
